In a highly competitive and ever-changing music industry, having the ability to adjust is imperative if you want to succeed.
Dwayne 'Jah Wayne' Bacchas, who recently headlined the Smirnoff Tropical Village during the Emancipation weekend in Negril, is one such artiste.
A music producer, disc jock and recording artiste, Jah Wayne has his sights set on being a dancehall giant, and is focused on this journey.
"You have to believe in yourself, stay focused and be committed to putting in the hard work necessary to attain this achievement," says Jah Wayne, who is also known on social media as 'Di Bad West Yute'.
Since the release of his first reggae love song Love of a Lifetime in June, he has recorded and released several other singles including Dreamland, Dance Hall Spirit, Money Green and Warn Dem. He also has a collaboration soon to be released, which features Zamunda.
Zojak distributes all Jah Wayne's singles worldwide and they are available for purchase on ITunes, Amazon, Spotify and all other major online stores.
In addition to recording, the multi-talented Jah Wayne recently released the Sodium and Turrrble 'riddims' under his Jah Wayne Records label.
Jah Wayne, a key member of Team Unstoppable, is currently on his fourth tour, opening for Charly Black on his Party Animal tour. The group will be headlining several festivals in Europe and the Middle East, as well as performing in local clubs.
Even while on tour, Jah Wayne still manages to do some recordings, teaming up with the European- based company Jamberchem Empire out of Luxemburg.
His biggest hit this year is Boom Boom Boom.
